DistIT’s good brand and trust are based on high integrity and good business practice. At DistIT, we believe that openness and good communication within the organization lead to a good corporate culture.
The whistleblower function is about reporting illegal or suspected illegal actions and violations of DistIT’s Code of Conduct. We are keen to identify irregularities in our operations. Examples of wrongdoing include sexual harassment, fraud and corruption, discrimination, and violations of the environment and human rights.
All employees have the rights and obligations to report irregularities regarding corruption, abuse of position, fraud, financial crime, serious misconduct, work environment violations or environmental crimes.
Information about the whistleblower function, how it works and how employees can submit the report must be available on each subsidiary’s website.
As of December 17, 2021, there is also a new whistleblower law that means that the whistleblower function is both independent and independent from the company. DistIT has therefore created efficient and secure reporting channels, where we enable you to report orally by phone, in writing through a web form or at a physical meeting booked through the above-mentioned channels.
The reporting channel enables increased security for those who want to report when you in a work-related context have received information about misconduct that there is a public interest in them coming to light.
You can choose to report your suspicions openly or anonymously. All reports and messages are treated with the utmost confidentiality, and the investigation is handled with the utmost care and consideration for your privacy.
You do not risk being subjected to negative discrimination or reprisals because you report.
