DistIT calls for early redemption of its outstanding notes

DistIT AB (publ) ("DistIT" or the "Company") has today given notice to all holders of the Company’s maximum SEK 500,000,000 senior unsecured callable floating rate notes 2018/2022 with ISIN SE0011166842 (the “Notes”) that the Company exercises its option for early redemption of the Notes in full.

The date for the redemption will be 4 June 2021 (the “Redemption Date”) and the record date for the redemption will be 28 May 2021 (“Record Date”).

The Notes will be irrevocably redeemed on the redemption date at a redemption price corresponding to 100.50 per cent. of the total outstanding nominal amount of the Notes (i.e. SEK 1,005,000 per Note), plus accrued but unpaid interest, in accordance with the terms and conditions for the Notes. The redemption amount will be disbursed to those being directly registered owners of Notes and to registered authorised nominees (Sw. förvaltare) of the Notes as of the Record Date in the debt ledger maintained by Euroclear Sweden. In connection with the redemption, the Notes will be delisted from the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm.
