Organic growth is achieved through continuous development of the companies’ business models combined with a flexible organization and a continuous analysis of the market’s driving forces.

One starting point for acquiring businesses is that they should strengthen DistIT’s total offering and position, expand its geographical presence or supplement the Group’s customer base. Acquired companies should have a leadership characterized by competence and entrepreneurship, a good earning capacity and a proven business model.

Each company within the Group shall act as its own profit centers. Acquired companies must be independent and retain their own identity, own management and organization, their own brands and their own goals and strategies.

Each subsidiary in the Group shall strive to identify and realize synergies between the companies when the profit is greater than the coordination costs.
